- Flat, with amazing atmosphere.
- A 5km stretch with less spectators but the rest is main road Port Elizabeth all the way, packed with crowds.
Run course tips
- Don’t forget to stop at the sunscreen tent.
- Put a jacket in your special needs bag if you will finish after sunset – it gets cold!

Tips for supporters get the most out of watching the
event?
- Stay in a hotel on Main Road and you will have prime viewing.
- Radisson Blu is right on the race course for the bike and run, 2km from the start/finish.
- The Boardwalk race hotel can get very overwhelming if it’s your first race.
